        born in the capital city and one of the largest foodie destinations of india, new delhi, chef vipul bhasin is a name that needs no introduction. known for his clean, distinct flavors, he brings three decades of highly accomplished and successful culinary experience in the restaurant and catering industry to his latest venture at new jersey, naan indian bistro. before immigrating to america in 1992, chef vipul worked for india’s most luxurious hotel brand, Taj. while there, he learned regional styles, and later hosted Indian food festivals in Thailand (Shangri-La Bangkok) and Jamaica (Le Meridian Kingston) and an Indian banquet at the Smithsonian in Washington. later in 2004, he opened his own restaurant, coriander indian bistro in voorhees, new jersey which features dishes from punjab, one of the northwestern states of india famed for its culinary contributions in indian cuisine. after the resounding success of coriander, he opened indiya: flavors of india in 2012 in nearby collingswood, and veda – modern indian bistro in 2016 in the heart of rittenhouse square in the city of brotherly love – philadelphia. naan indian bistro is a result of his passion to venture beyond the familiar dishes and bring india’s culinary diversity to the table of moorestown, new jersey.

        owner of several successful businesses on the east coast, raj brings expert business acumen acquired over decades to naan indian bistro. born and raised in the picturesque indian city of dehradun in uttarakhand, he immigrated to the US in search of better opportunities. he found his first success in the retail, which now spans multiple stores across the east coast. after his initial success, he launched several other highly successful business ventures across hospitality, real estate, electronics, and food & beverages. following in the footsteps of the success of veda – modern indian bistro in philadelphia, he has partnered with the same duo of chef vipul and hayden to bring naan indian cuisine to the neighborhood of moorestown, new jersey.
	when he is not busy creating success, he is a loving husband and a doting father to his three adorable children.
